The True North of Your Soul

I am Phoenix Rising Star, with the Alignment of Your Heart Meditation Series: The True North of Your Soul. Many thanks to Scott Huckabay, for his background music called Galactic Ballet.
Allow yourself to sit comfortably, with your spine straight, and your head tilted slightly back, allowing your throat to be open.
Opening your heart to love and gratitude, and allowing those feelings to permeate your fields.
Feeling the straightness of your spine, and with your intention, aligning your chakras. Holding the intention that your chakras are the perfect shape and size, have the perfect spin and the perfect direction for each spin.
Include your eighth chakra, or the one that is four feet above the top of your head. Sometimes called your soul star, and it may have other names as well.
This chakra holds your soul's purpose, your DNA of your soul's mission.
So put your careful attention and awareness on this particular chakra, aligning it with the rest of your body, aligning it with the rest of your chakras, and particularly aligning it with your heart.
As you do this, you may feel a warmth or a tingling in your heart, or you may feel nothing at all.
Just notice how it feels, to have all aspects of you in alignment with your heart and your soul star.
Feeling the straightness.
Feeling the joy.
Feeling the intense accuracy of your soul in alignment.
Now that you know where this place exists, really feel it, and really place your intention and emphasis on it.
The alignment of your heart with the true north of your soul.
To really test this place, think of someone you love very deeply.
It could be a person, an animal, or a place in nature.
And feel what that's like with your alignment.
Just notice how it feels.
Notice any sensations.
Notice the comfort, the ease, the grace.
To help you really recognize this place, I now invite you to think of someone or something that either you're in disagreement with or some type of difficulty.
Something that is not in alignment with your heart.
And feel what that's like.
Feel the constriction.
Feel the challenge.
Feel the tightness and the discomfort.
Notice the difference.
Which one would you rather be in?
Ease and grace?
Tightness and constriction?
It's your choice.
Allow yourself to go back to the very things you love and the very things in alignment with your soul's purpose.
Allow yourself to find that true north again.
Resting in the comfort and the expansion of this beautiful space.
Choosing to always to be in this place.
That all of your decisions will be made from this very space.
Really feeling that.
And feeling the joy that gives you.
Staying in that space for as long as you like.
Making it your intention to always be there.
